We encountered Alex B in Frisbee's showroom on Minnesota. Normally, we steer clear of sales people until we have made up our minds. Alex B approached us in a very low key manner. He certainly knows his 'stuff'. He answered all of our questions in a professionally and personably. We were just there to inquire, but Alex sealed the deal. He also followed up on the call from service setting the install date. Not once did we feel pressured. He is an outstanding representative of Frisbee's.

Alex Buys was the best to work with. Very knowledge with the products and services Frisbees provides! His eye for design is spot on and applicable to everyone as he considers your personal tastes. He followed up after receiving our product and made sure everything went smoothly with installation and knew every aspect of our new sink/faucet. Can’t thank him enough. 5 stars.

We were extremelypleased with the process. We had someone that became ill on the day of demolition so Frisbees was able to have some one step in and get that part of the job done so we could stay on schedule. It was extremely timely since we were moviong into the new space and it allowed us to get it all repaired, sheetrocked and completed so all the mess was done before we moved in. Couldn't have been more pleased. We had been independent store owners for 35 years so buying local was very important to us.

Dan did an OUTSTANDING job installing our humidifier. I really appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions when he finished. Didn't show up, waited at home for 3+ hours. Called a couple times, they eventually admitted they must have forgot to save my appointment time. Talked with someone eventually about parts availability to repair my furnace. They said they would have to talk to their manager before being able to tell me if the part was available that I need. Was told call back in same day. Still waiting on a call back today. Updated: I literally gave my contact info to your scheduler last week. After I waited 3 hours and no one showed up, I did my own diagnosis and figured out the part making the noise. I contacted your Parts department. I also gave my phone number too on Monday. Again, no one called me. Between YouTube diagnosis, and an Amazon parts order, I fixed it myself today. I know you want me to reach out to you, but there is nothing to be resolved at this point.

The experience with this company was top tier from the beginning to the end. Their customer service was phenomenal, and the work they did was beyond my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and quick yet extremely efficient. We will continue to utilize them for any further projects that we need done that are within their scope. Excellent customer service! There was a tech that came out to look at our furnace, Travis, and he was so knowledgeable and very nice! He even brought some packages in from our front door step. They aim to please and are all about the customer! They treat you like family. Now I know why they are voted the Local Best!

Our house is at that age where just about every year, something goes wrong. Whenever it's plumbing, heating or AC related, our first call is to Frisbees. Their team takes the time to properly diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly. They always take the time to explain the issue in terms that make sense, they never try to upsell us and they always do a great job. Also, they're good to our dogs. That may sound silly, but our dogs get curious and want to meet the techs who come in, and those guys are always super friendly to our dogs.
